The configurator is especially impressive, theoretically allowing over 7.5 million different combinations. From colors to gun models to belt loops, almost everything can be tailored to your own needs. The four screw holes on each side are particularly handy, letting you adjust carry height individually and wear the holster with a slight cant. Draw resistance can also be adjusted yourself via a screw. Red dot sights or raised sights are no problem either, the holster is fully optic-ready.
Out in the field, the Pancake Cut holster showed exactly what it was built for. It sits close to the body, carries comfortably, and stays firmly in place through every twist and turn, climbing over obstacles, or working through dense brush. Drawing and holstering happens easily, yet still under control. Reholstering gives a clear “click” confirming the gun has locked in securely. Longer stretches on foot never became uncomfortable, and even sitting, it was comfortable enough that I nearly forgot the gun was there. What stood out especially was how clean and protected the gun stayed, the closed bottom reliably keeps dirt and similar debris from working its way into the holster or the barrel.
